WHAT IS RAW HAIR
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair collected from one donor it has not undergone ANY chemical, heat, or steam processing. This is the highest quality hair as it is 100% natural.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY HAIR
Once your hair is delivered, wash hair with a cleansing shampoo. Use products that are sulfate-free. Our extensions should not be handled rigorously and should always be shampooed in a downward motion. Its highly recommended that you visit your stylist regularly to have your hair and extensions shampooed, especially when wearing a sewn-in installation. When installing we suggest using fold-over method so that wefts are not damaged and can be easily reused.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
We always strive to provide the best possible service. Pretty Priv is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages (eg,damaged/opened parcels) during the delivery process. Pretty Priv is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. This includes the Holiday season. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

Returns: We do not accept returns. All Sales are Final. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
Returned to sender: When an order is returned or undeliverable for any reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer is responsible for full shipping and/or reshipping charges.
